Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellation and refunds work for LeadRabbit. Please read it before you start your trial.

The $1 trial

• The trial costs $1 and gives you full access for 3 days.
• It is a one-time charge. It does not turn into a subscription on its own.
• When the trial ends, you choose whether to upgrade to LeadRabbit Pro. If you don't, you won't be charged again.

LeadRabbit Pro

• Pro costs $17 a month, billed monthly in advance.
• Your plan renews each month until you cancel.

How to cancel

• Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing in your dashboard, or email founder@tryleadrabbit.com.
• Cancelling stops future payments. You keep full access until the end of the month you have already paid for.

Refunds

The $1 trial lets you try LeadRabbit fully before you pay for a month, so all payments are final.

• The $1 trial charge is non-refundable.
• We do not refund monthly payments once they have been processed.
• We do not give partial refunds for unused days in a billing period.

If you think you were charged by mistake, email founder@tryleadrabbit.comand we'll look into it.

Lifetime deals

If you bought a Lifetime Deal or Founding Member package, it did not include a trial. Those purchases are final and non-refundable.

Merchant of record

Payments are processed by our reseller, Dodo Payments, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Billing disputes are handled in line with their policies.
