1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing LeadRabbit AI, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

LeadRabbit AI is a social listening tool that aggregates publicly available data from Reddit for market research purposes. We are not affiliated with Reddit Inc.

3. Billing and Free Trials

• Trial Terms: By signing up for a free trial, you authorize us to charge your payment method the subscription fee automatically after the trial period ends, unless cancelled.
• Subscription Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

4. User Conduct (Anti-Abuse)

You agree NOT to use our service to:

• Spam, harass, or solicit users on Reddit in violation of Reddit's Content Policy.
• Use the data for unauthorized surveillance or illegal activities.

Violation of this section will result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

LeadRabbit AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service. We do not guarantee the accuracy of data retrieved from third-party platforms.

6. LIFETIME DEAL (LTD) SPECIFIC TERMS

6.1 Definition of "Lifetime"

The term "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the LeadRabbit Version 1.x product line ("Product Lifetime"). It does not refer to the lifetime of the user or an indefinite period of time.

6.2 Version 1.x Scope

The Lifetime Deal grants you access to all current features available in Version 1. You acknowledge that:

• This license covers Version 1.x only.
• Future major releases (e.g., "LeadRabbit v2.0") that involve significant new technology, architecture changes, or third-party costs are not included and may be offered as a separate purchase or paid upgrade.
• You are not obligated to upgrade, and your Version 1 access will remain active for as long as we support that version.

6.3 Service Continuity & Sunsetting

We reserve the right to discontinue ("Sunset") Version 1 or the entire Service at any time due to technical or business viability (e.g., changes in Reddit's API pricing).

• Notice Period: If we decide to Sunset Version 1, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email.
• No Refunds: In the event of a Service shutdown or Version 1 Sunset after the initial 30-day refund window (see Refund Policy), no partial or full refunds will be issued.

6.4 Fair Use Policy

To prevent abuse of our infrastructure, Lifetime Deal accounts are subject to a Fair Use Limit (e.g., up to 5,000 lead scans per month). We reserve the right to throttle or temporarily suspend accounts that exceed this limit or place an unreasonable burden on our API resources.
